Just behind Liceu Opera House and next to La Rambla, hidden in Raval narrow streets, there you’ll find Bar Cañete. If you want to enjoy the midday menu, you’ll probably have to sit on the bar, in front of the cook, where you can observe how your foos is thouroghly cooked and prepared. They only use the freshest and best meats and fishes, acquired a few hours before in Boqueria Market, just a couple of streets away. In Bar Cañete you’ll find seasonal menus that use the products that are typical of each time of the year. With this philosophy, nothing can go wrong.
